My countdown timer/email widget is showing views even though I have not sent a campaign yet

This happens because most ESPs (the provider which you use to send mass email campaigns) have editors that refresh the page or elements whenever changes are made to the email.

Because of this, our email widgets are loaded multiple times (sometimes even into the hundreds, depending on the ESP) before the email campaign is even sent.

At Sendtric we allow a couple of thousand more views than each paid plan has to account for this and also, we will not interrupt any email widgets if you are on a paid plan, even if you exceed your views. We just prompt you to upgrade to a more suitable plan if you exceed views routinely by a significant margin.
