How Are Widget Views Counted at Sendtric?
We count widget views per how many times they were loaded. This means that if a user does not open an email, we do not count at as a view. If a user opens an email a second time, then it counts as 2 views.

What happens if I exceed my views for a given billing period?

On all our paid plans, your widgets will continue to work even if you exceed your views allowance. We will also never add a watermark on paid plans. We will send you email notifiations if you get close to your views allowance and let you know that it is worth upgrading if you need more views.

On our free plan, if you exceed the 10,000 free monthly views in a given month, then your widgets will continue to work but we will add a text watermark below your widgets.

What About Widget Views On Websites?

Our widgets are optimised for email but you can use them on websites, and many of our clients do. However, you have a lot less control on how often your widgets are viewed. Bots and certain scripts can rack up thousands of views unexpectedly.
