How to change my login email account/username?
I have access to my account and want to change the email/username:
To change your email address, please login to your dashboard, click Settings in the top navigation menu, then press the 'Account Settings' Toggle. In there you can enter the new email address you wish to change to. This will trigger a confirmation email, first to the current email, then to the new email. In both emails, you will need to press the button in the email to confirm the email change.
I do not have access to my account and want to change the email/username:
To change your email account/username, please email us at support@sendtric.com indicating your current login email account and the email you wish to change it to.
We will then confirm you are the account holder, change your username for you, and reset your password if needed.
