Why was I charged VAT or Sales Tax?

At Sendtric, we have passed the VAT threshold in a number of countries and need to collect sales tax.

If your business is registered in a country that benefits from 0% reverse charge VAT scheme (such as the EU or UK), then you need to make sure you have correctly added in your billing details and VAT ID in our Stripe customer portal.

We cannot update invoices that have already been paid, so please make sure your details are correct.

If you are personal customer/B2C or not VAT registered in a country in which we collect Tax, then you will be charged the respective VAT tax automatically.
